These local regulations are to be used in conjunction with the most recent versions of the General Section of the FAI Sporting Code and Section 7 of the FAI Sporting Code.

The program is subject to change.
Any changes before the start of the competition will be posted on the website. The changes are subject to CIVL approval.
After the start of the competition, changes will be announced by the Meet Director at the pilots briefing and posted on the official notice board at headquarters.
4. Daily schedule

5. Entry
The maximum number of pilots that may be entered by a NAC is:
- 6 total and 5 of one gender in Solo.
- No maximum number of pilots in Synchro.
A pilot can compete in both Solo and Synchro championships.
In Synchro, International teams are allowed.
The ranking reference date for qualification criteria is April 2016 ranking published on May 1st, 2016.
6. Eligibility to compete
|In the 5 years preceding the start of the championship:
- |Men must have scored a minimum of 25 WPRS point
- |Women must have scored a minimum of 20 WPRS point
|It is recommended that new Synchro teams should participate to the Molveno, Italy events (currently programmed |June 13 to 15 and June 16 to 19, please check the final dates) so they can demonstrate their skill to judges well before |the championships and not at the last minute in the championships safety selection.
The Screening Committee consist of Igor Erzen (Slovenia) representing the Bureau, Claudio Cattaneo (Switzerland) representing the Aerobatic Committee, Beverly Jäger (Germany) representing the Judges.
7. Entry fee
The Entry fee will be:
500 € per pilot.
650 € for PG pilots competing in both solo and Synchro.
150 € for team leaders and assistants.
The Entry fee includes:
ID Card.
Lunch pack.
Transportation on site and to take-off.
Access to official parties.
T-shirts.
At some point, the championship may be conducted by elimination runs (see 14). The eliminated pilots will be offered 2 solutions:
No reimbursement and he will be provided the services as if he was still a competitor.
Reimbursement of 10 € per day as soon as he gives back his pilot ID card, but no more service will be provided.

Payment deadline
The deadline for the final payment will be the 5th of August, 2016.
For any late payment, a supplementary fee of 50 euros will be applied.
Refund policy
In the event of pilot withdrawing from the competition before the 5th of August, 2016 and who cannot be replaced by a qualified NAC-nominated pilot from that nation, a full refund will be offered (less 20 € for administration costs).
Cancellations received after this date will not be eligible for refund.
9. Pre-registration
Pre-registration for all pilots will be opened on the competition website from May 1st to July 1st, 2016.
10. Registration
According to Section 7B.
11. Insurance
The organisers require documentary proof in English of valid insurance covering public liability risk to the value of a minimum of 5,000,000 €. Documentary proof must be presented to the organisers at registration.
The FFVL will offer a temporary insurance covering public liability risk for 25 € (amount to be confirmed).
12. Equipment
According to Section 7B.
Radio transceivers
Certified radio transceivers are allowed without license on the following frequencies:
- 143.9875 mHz.
- 157.4875 mHz.
13. Pilot and safety committee
Pilots Committee according to Section 7B.
The Safety Committee will include three pilots elected by the pilots on proposal of the Meet Director during the General Briefing.
14. Competition site

Take-off altitude: 1,240m asl.
Landing altitude: 447m asl.
Flyable in any wind direction except East.
The shuttle to take off takes 20 minutes.
Foot launch from hill site.
Pilots must fly straight to the flight box without thermalling.
15. Number of runs
According to Section 7B.
16. Rest day
The rest day policy will be declared during the general briefing. The rest day may be changed due to predicted inclement weather conditions or other constraining factor.
17. Manoeuvre definitions, evaluation criteria, scoring, penalties, warnings
According to Section 7B.
|All pilots can score for their national team.
|The two best scores per run count for the team score.
18. Complaints and protests
According to Section 7B.
The protest fee is 50 €. It will be returned if the protest is upheld.
APPENDIX I: WAIVER FORM
RELEASE OF LIABILITY, WAIVER OF LEGAL RIGHTS

I acknowledge that participating in the Championships or any other activity related thereto (collectively, the “Events”) involves INHERENT DANGERS, may be HAZARDOUS and involves RISK OF PHYSICAL INJURIES OR DEATH. I expressly assume all risks associated with participating in the Events, including, without limitation to direct participation in the Championships or in training sessions, accessing restricted areas, sharing area facilities with people not directly involved in the Events and travelling in and between the Events’ venues. I promise not to sue the Released Parties and agree that if anyone is physically injured or property is damaged while I am engaged in the Events, I will have no right to make a claim or file a lawsuit against the Released Parties.
