The whole organizing team is glad to welcome you to the 2nd World Paragliding Aerobatics Championships which takes place at Lake Annecy.
The Competition Director, Jean Marc Ardhuin, and the whole team will do our best to make it a great competition for you.

The locations and times of briefings will be announced the evening before, or if weather conditions require, early in the morning at the latest.
Friday 26/08
- Upon your arrival, in order to process your registration, we expect you at the competitors’ tent near the landing area at Doussard beach, Camping La Nublière on Friday 26, between 9:00 and 11:00 AM.
- Briefing at 13:00
- Training session – First shuttle at 13:30 – last at 17:00
- Global competition briefing at 18:30 in competitors’ tent.
Saturday 27/08
- Pilots briefing at 9:00
- Training session + Safety selection – First shuttle at 10:00 – last at 15:00
- Opening ceremony at 18:00/ Hall of Doussard (“Salle des fêtes”) located next to official landing zone for paragliders in Doussard:
- Mandatory attendance at 18:00,
- FAI dress code,
- Aperitif and meals on site.
- If you want to invite your family for the meal, you must specify it during registration: 16 € per person to pay during registration.
From Sunday 28/08 to Saturday 3/09
- Briefing every morning at 9:30.
- Shuttles for 16 pilots at 10:30, 11:30 and 12:30
- We expect 6 runs for solo and 6 runs for synchro.
Meals
Your registration entitles you to:
- Breakfasts: every day at 8:30.
- Lunches.
- Dinners:
- August 27 – opening ceremony,
- August 31 – evening between pilots,
- September 3 -closing ceremony,
- You can also invite your friends and family for meals
- August 27 – opening ceremony, sign up during your own registration on August 26, 16€/person.
- August 31 – pilots’ evening, sign up before August 28, 15€/person.
- September 3 – closing ceremony, sign up before August 30, 18€/person.
Accomodation
Lodging possibilities:
- Camping La Nublière (landing zone of the competition): write an email directly to nubliere(at)andretriganogroupe.com, tell them you are competitors and you should get a reduction from them.

Chiropractic optimizes the functioning of the body and relieves even in case of major trauma. It often avoids the need for surgery.
This service is provide by TMSChiroEdu.
TMSChiroEdu is a training organization created to allow professionals of chiropractic to broaden and deepen their knowledge “by and for” a realistic approach to MSD (musculoskeletal disorders).
This concept is put into practice at seminars which aims to improve the quality of care and thus contribute to the development of chiropractic in order to bring its benefits to the attention of a wider audience.
